济南电缆桥架装置要求及标准
1、电缆桥架作为布线工程的配套项目,目前尚无特地的标准指导,个消费厂家的规格程式缺乏通用性,因而,设计选型过程应依据弱电各个系统缆显得类型、数量,合理选定适用的桥架。
1. As a supporting project of wiring engineering, cable tray has no special standard guidance at present, and the specifications and procedures of individual consumer manufacturers are lack of generality. Therefore, the design and selection process should be based on the type and quantity of each weak current system cable, and the appropriate cable tray should be selected reasonably.
(1)确定方向: 依据建筑平面布置图,分离空调管线和电气管线等设置状况、便当维修,以及电缆路由的疏密来肯定电缆桥架的更佳路由。在室内,尽可能沿建筑物的墙、柱、梁及楼板架设,多么应用综合管廊架设时,则应在管道一侧或上方平行架设,并思索引下线和分支线尽量防止穿插,如无其它管架借用,则需自设立(支)柱。
(1) confirm the direction: according to the building layout, separate the air conditioning pipeline and electrical pipeline and other settings, convenient maintenance, and the density of the cable route to determine the best route of the cable bridge. In the room, it shall be erected along the wall, column, beam and floor of the building as much as possible. (2)荷载计算:计算电缆桥架主干线纵断面上单位长度的电缆重量。

(3)确定桥架的宽度:依据布放电缆条数、电缆直径及电缆的间距来肯定电缆桥架的型号、规格, 托臂的长度,支柱的长度、间距,桥架的宽度和层数。

2、如与电力电缆桥架合用时,应将电力电缆和弱电电缆各直一侧,中间采用隔板分隔。

3、弱电电缆与其它低电压电缆合用桥架时,应严厉执行选择具有外屏蔽层的弱电系统的弱电电缆,防止互相间的干扰。

(1)槽式大跨距电缆桥架由室外进入建筑物内时,桥架向外的坡度不得小于1/100。(2)电缆桥架与用电设备交越时,其间的净距不小于0.5m。

(3)两组电缆桥架在同一高度平行敷设时,其间净距不小于0.6m。(4)在平行图上绘出桥架的路由,要注明桥架起点、终点、拐弯点、分支点及升降点的坐标或定位尺寸、标高,如能绘制桥架敷设轴侧图,则对资料统计将更准确。
(3) when two groups of cable bridges are laid in parallel at the same height, the clear distance between them shall not be less than 0.6m. 直线段:注明全长、桥架层数、标高、型号及规格。拐弯点和分支点:注明所用转弯接板的型号及规格。升降段:注明标高变化,也可用部分大样图或剖面图表示。
Straight line section: indicate the total length, number of bridge layers, elevation, model and specification. Turning point and branch point: indicate the model and specification of the used turning joint plate. Lifting section: indicate the elevation change, which can also be represented by partial detail drawing or section drawing.
(5)桥架支撑点, 如立柱、托臂或非规范支、构架的间距、装置方式、型号规格、标高,可同意在平面上列表阐明,也可分段标出用不同的剖面图、单线图或大样图表示。

(6)电缆引下点位置及引下方式,普通而言,大批电缆引下可用垂直弯接板和垂直引上架,少量电缆引下可用导板或引管,注明引下方式即可。

(7)电缆桥架宜高出空中2.2米以上,桥架顶部距顶棚或其它障碍物不应小于0.3米,桥架宽度不宜小于0.1米,桥架内横断面的填充率不应超越50%。
(7) the cable bridge should be 2.2m higher than the air, the distance between the top of the bridge and the ceiling or other obstacles should not be less than 0.3m, the width of the bridge should not be less than 0.1M, and the filling rate of the cross section in the bridge should not exceed 50%.
(8)电缆桥架内缆线垂直敷设时,在缆线的上端和每距离1.5米处应固定在桥架的支架上,程度敷设时, 在缆线的首、尾、转弯及每距离3~5米处停止固定。
(8) when the cables in the cable tray are laid vertically, they shall be fixed on the bracket of the tray at the upper end of the cable and at every distance of 1.5m. When laying to a certain extent, they shall be stopped at the head, tail, turn and every distance of 3-5M.
