密集母线槽,高强度封闭母线槽(CFW)

该工艺不受板材的限制,外壳做成华夫饼状,提高了母线的机械强度,母线的水平截面可达13m,由于外壳的盘绕,凹槽的位置被有意分开固定,母线之间的距离为18mm。线路间通风良好,明显提高了母线槽的防潮散热功能,更适合华南地区的气候;线路间有一定的空隙,会引起导线温度的升降,从而提高了过载能力,降低了磁振荡噪声。但其杂散电流和电感电抗远大于密集型母线,因此其导电杆截面必须大于密集型绝缘插入式母线截面。
