1.螺杆吊架设置桥架时，未按标准要求设置防晃支架，钢支架未按防腐要求施工。

2.接地跨接线在桥架两侧任性安设或漏跨接，接地跨接线不设在显眼侧。接地跨接线的线鼻与爪形垫片压接依次装反，有的未设爪形垫片，镀锌桥架接地螺栓未有防松垫圈。

3.吊顶内托盘、槽式桥架盖板漏盖。桥架连接板的固定螺栓的螺母装在桥架内侧，桥架和配电箱、柜及接出或接入的钢管等未做接地接连。

4.五金电缆桥架及其支架全长没做可靠接地，未按正规化务求装置伸缩节。

5.电缆桥架与托架间未固定，桥架支架未做接地跨接线，穿越防火分区未做防火梗阻。

6.铝合金桥架与钢支架间未做防电化风剥雨蚀的绝缘处理。防火电缆桥架桥架弯头、三通等不采用与桥架配套的产品零配件，而是当场加工打造，加工成色不符合规范务求。
