The weld surface of the bridge shall be uniform, and there shall be no defects such as missed welding, crack, slag inclusion, burnthrough, crater, etc.

各类弯通及附件规格，应适合工程布置条件，并与托盘、梯架配套；支吊架规格选择，应按托盘、梯架规格配置，并应满足荷载的要求。根据施工图确定始端到终端位置，沿图纸标定走向，找好水平、垂直、弯通，用粉线袋或画线沿桥架走向在墙壁、顶棚、地面、梁、板、柱等处弹线或画线，并均匀档距画出支、吊、托架位置。

3.空气绝缘桥架根据支架承受的荷重，选择相应的膨胀螺栓及钻头；所选钻头长度应大于膨胀套管的长度，打孔的深度应以将套管全部埋入墙内或顶板内后为标准，表面平齐为宜。应先干净打好的孔洞内的碎屑，然后再用木锤将膨胀螺栓敲进洞内，应保证套管与建筑物表面平齐，螺栓端部外露，敲击时不得损伤螺栓的丝扣。埋好螺栓后，用螺母配上相应的垫圈将支架或吊架直接固定在金属膨胀螺栓上。

The debris in the hole shall be cleaned first, and then the expansion bolt shall be knocked into the hole with a wooden hammer. The casing shall be flush with the building surface, and the bolt end shall be exposed. The screw thread of the bolt shall not be damaged when knocking. After embedding the bolts, use nuts and corresponding washers to fix the bracket or hanger directly on the metal expansion bolts.
