根据设计图确定出进户线、盒、箱、柜等电气器具的安装位置从始端终端(先干线后支线)找好水平或垂直线用粉线袋沿墙壁、顶棚和地面等处在线路的线进行弹线按照设计图要求及施工验收规范规定分匀档距并用笔标出具体位置如果支吊架固定位置有与顶板预应力肋梁冲突处应避开肋梁位置。

在确定支吊架的位置时应符合设计规定当设计无明确规定时也可按生产厂家提供的产品特性数据确定。

电缆桥架水平敷设时支撑跨距一般为1.5~2m。

电缆桥架垂直敷设时固定点间距不宜大于2m。

支架与吊架在安装时应挂线或弹线找直用水平尺找平以保证安装后横平竖直。

电缆桥架安装中对桥架的支、吊架位置误差应严格控制。电缆桥架支、吊架应安装牢固横平竖直。托臂及支、吊架的同层横档应在同一水平面上其高低偏差不应大于5mm.防止纵向偏差过大使安装后的托盘、梯架在支、吊点悬空而不能与支、吊架或托臂直接接触;桥架支、吊架或托臂沿桥架走向左右偏差不应大于10mm.支、吊架或托臂的横向偏差过大可能会使相邻托盘、梯架错位而无法连接或安装后的电缆桥架不直而影响美观。
