电缆桥架的分类体系与核心选型标准

在现代工业与民用建筑的输配电工程中,电缆桥架作为支撑和保护电力电缆、控制电缆及照明配线的刚性结构系统,发挥着关重要的作用。它不仅品种全、应用广,还具备强度大、造价低和施工灵活等显著优点。为了满足不同敷设环境的需求,桥架建立了一套严谨的分类与执行标准体系。

It not only has a wide range of varieties and applications, but also has significant advantages such as high strength, low cost, and flexible construction. In order to meet the needs of different installation environments, a rigorous classification and execution standard system has been established for cable trays.

从材质上看,桥架主要分为钢质(含不锈钢)、铝合金、玻璃钢以及防火阻燃桥架。其中,防火阻燃桥架通过无机阻燃板或钢质外壳加防火涂料的组合,专为消防线路等高需求场景设计。从形式上划分,常见的有槽式、托盘式、梯级式和组合式,以适应不同线缆的散热与防护要求。在表面处理方面,则涵盖了冷镀锌、热镀锌、喷塑及喷漆等多种防腐工艺。

From a material perspective, cable trays are mainly divided into steel (including stainless steel), aluminum alloy, fiberglass, and fire-resistant and flame-retardant cable trays. Among them, the fire-resistant and flame-retardant bridge frame is designed specifically for high safety scenarios such as fire protection lines by combining inorganic flame-retardant boards or steel shells with fire-resistant coatings. Formally, common types include slot type, tray type, ladder type, and combination type to meet the heat dissipation and protection requirements of different cables. In terms of surface treatment, it covers various anti-corrosion processes such as cold galvanizing, hot-dip galvanizing, spray painting, and spray painting.

在设计与制造环节,严格遵循/T10216-2000《电控配电用电缆桥架》等及行业标准是保障工程质量的前提。根据规范要求,桥架的正常安装地点海拔不应超过2000米,且需根据户内外环境匹配相应的防护等级(如户内无孔托盘不低于IP30,户外不低于IP33)。此外,针对板材厚度也有明确的底线规定,例如宽度在400mm800mm之间的钢制桥架,其小板厚必须达到2.0mm。这些严苛的技术条件确保了桥架在应对盐雾、硫化氢等特殊化学腐蚀环境时,依然能够保持结构的稳固与运行。

Strictly following national and industry standards such as /T10216-2000 "Cable Trays for Electrical Control and Distribution" in the design and manufacturing process is a prerequisite for ensuring project quality. According to regulatory requirements, the normal installation location of cable trays should not exceed an altitude of 2000 meters, and the corresponding protection level should be matched according to the indoor and outdoor environment (such as indoor unperforated trays not lower than IP30, outdoor trays not lower than IP33). In addition, there are clear bottom line regulations for the thickness of the sheet metal. For example, for steel cable trays with a width between 400mm and 800mm, the minimum sheet thickness must reach 2.0mm. These stringent technical conditions ensure that the cable tray can maintain structural stability and safe operation even in special chemical corrosion environments such as salt spray and hydrogen sulfide.
