电缆桥架选定的五条注意事项
1.确定方向:根据建筑平面布置图,结合空调管线和电气管线等设置情况、方便维修,以及电缆路由的疏密来确定电缆桥架的佳路由。在室内,尽可能沿建筑物的墙、柱、梁及楼板架设,如许利用综合管廊架设时,则应在管道一侧或上方平行架设,并考虑引下线和分支线尽量避免交叉,如无其它管架借用,则需自设立(支)柱。

电缆桥架的选择要求

当钢制直线段长度超过30m,铝合金电缆桥架超过15m时.或当玻璃钢电缆桥架经过建筑伸缩(沉降)缝时应留有O-30mm补偿余量.其连接宜采用伸缩连接板。

电缆梯架、托盘宽度和高度的选择应符合填充率的要求,玻璃钢电缆桥架在梯架、托盘内的填充率一般情况下,动力电缆可取40%-50%,控制电缆可取50%。70%.且宜预留l0%一252工程发展裕量。

桥架的额定均布荷载等级需要屏蔽电磁干扰的电缆线路.或有防护外部影n向如户外日照,油,腐蚀性液体、易燃粉尘等环境要求时.应选用无孔托盘式玻璃钢电缆桥架。
