外观检查

VISUAL INSPECTION

桥架本体:查看桥架是否有明显变形、扭曲、塌陷等情况。若桥架结构出现严重变形,可能影响其后续的承载能力和正常使用。

Bridge body: Check whether the bridge has obvious deformation, distortion, collapse, etc. If the bridge structure undergoes severe deformation, it may affect its subsequent bearing capacity and normal use.

防火涂层:检查防火涂层的完整性,观察是否有脱落、起皮、鼓泡等现象。若防火涂层损坏严重,会降低桥架的防火性能,影响其在火灾中的防护效果。

结构完整性评估

耐火性能评估

维持工作时间:根据试验记录,确定桥架在耐火试验中能够维持其内部电缆正常工作的时间,判断是否达到规定的耐火等级要求。如规定耐火时间为 90 分钟,而试验中桥架在 80 分钟时就无法维持电缆正常工作,则未达到相应耐火等级。

Maintaining working hours: Based on the test records, determine the time during which the bridge can maintain the normal operation of its internal cables in the fire resistance test, and judge whether it meets the specified fire resistance level requirements. If the specified fire resistance time is 90 minutes, and the cable tray cannot maintain normal operation of the cable after 80 minutes in the test, then the corresponding fire resistance level has not been reached.

隔热效果:通过测量试验后桥架表面温度分布,评估其隔热性能。若桥架表面温度过高,说明隔热效果不佳,可能会对周围环境和人员造成危害。

Thermal insulation effect: Evaluate the thermal insulation performance of the bridge by measuring the temperature distribution on the surface of the bridge after the test. If the surface temperature of the bridge is too high, it indicates poor insulation effect and may cause harm to the surrounding environment and personnel.

电气性能评估

Electrical performance evaluation

绝缘性能:使用绝缘电阻测试仪测量桥架内电缆的绝缘电阻,检查绝缘性能是否下降。若绝缘电阻值低于规定标准,可能存在漏电风险,影响电气设备的运行。

Insulation performance: Use an insulation resistance tester to measure the insulation resistance of the cables inside the cable tray and check if the insulation performance has decreased. If the insulation resistance value is lower than the specified standard, there may be a risk of leakage, which affects the safe operation of electrical equipment.

接地性能:检查桥架的接地系统是否完好,接地电阻是否符合要求。良好的接地性能对于保障人员和电气设备稳定运行关重要。

Grounding performance: Check whether the grounding system of the bridge is intact and whether the grounding resistance meets the requirements. Good grounding performance is crucial for ensuring personnel safety and stable operation of electrical equipment.

材料性能评估

材质变化:通过金相分析、化学成分检测等手段,检查桥架材料在高温耐火试验后的微观结构和化学成分变化。若材料性能发生明显改变,可能影响桥架的长期使用性能。

Material changes: By means of metallographic analysis, chemical composition testing, and other methods, the microstructure and chemical composition changes of the bridge material after high-temperature fire resistance testing are inspected. If the material properties undergo significant changes, it may affect the long-term performance of the bridge.

防火材料性能:对防火涂层或防火填充材料进行性能测试,如检测其防火隔热性能、粘结强度等是否仍满足要求。

Fireproof material performance: Conduct performance tests on fireproof coatings or fireproof filling materials, such as testing whether their fireproof insulation performance, bonding strength, etc. still meet the requirements.

只有当电缆桥架在外观、结构完整性、耐火性能、电气性能以及材料性能等方面均符合相关标准和要求时,才能判定其在耐火试验后性能和质量良好,可继续投入使用或满足相应的工程需求。
