电缆桥架在工程里算小件，采购时容易被“哪个便宜买哪个”带偏。结果装上去不到一年，锈蚀、变形、甚至垮塌，返工成本远高于当初省下的差价。桥架是电缆的骨架，选型不能只看价格。

一、材质决定防腐寿命

热镀锌桥架性价比高，适合大多数室内和一般室外环境，锌层厚度够就能扛几年。不锈钢桥架耐腐蚀非常强，适合化工、沿海、高湿车间，但价格高。喷塑桥架颜色好看，但涂层一旦破损，锈蚀从伤口蔓延。玻璃钢桥架绝缘耐腐，适合强腐蚀和电磁敏感场合，但承重有限。环境腐蚀等级先搞清楚，再定材质。

Hot dip galvanized cable trays have high cost-effectiveness and are suitable for most indoor and general outdoor environments. The zinc layer thickness is sufficient to last for several years. Stainless steel cable trays have the strongest corrosion resistance and are suitable for chemical, coastal, and high humidity workshops, but they are expensive. The spray painted bridge has a nice color, but once the coating is damaged, rust will spread from the wound. Fiberglass bridge insulation is corrosion-resistant and suitable for strong corrosion and electromagnetic sensitive environments, but its load-bearing capacity is limited. First, clarify the environmental corrosion level before determining the material.

二、梯式和槽式别选混

梯式桥架散热好、重量轻，适合动力电缆、大截面电缆多的场合。槽式桥架封闭防护好，适合控制电缆、通信线缆，能防尘防鼠防干扰。很多施工人员凭经验随手选，结果散热不够导致电缆载流量下降，或者防护不足导致信号受扰。按电缆类型和敷设环境选，不是按习惯选。

Ladder style cable trays have good heat dissipation and are lightweight, suitable for occasions with multiple power cables and large cross-sectional cables. The trough type bridge is well sealed and protected, suitable for controlling cables and communication cables, and can prevent dust, rodents, and interference. Many construction workers make random selections based on experience, but insufficient heat dissipation leads to a decrease in cable current carrying capacity, or inadequate protection causes signal interference. Choose according to cable type and laying environment, not by habit.

三、防火封堵不能省

桥架穿墙、穿楼板的位置，建议做防火封堵。这道工序常在验收前赶工，施工方“差不多就行”，但火灾时正是这些孔洞让火焰和烟气蔓延。封堵材料要选合格产品，厚度和密实度按规范做，别用发泡胶随便填。

The positions where the bridge passes through walls and floors must be sealed for fire prevention. This process is often rushed before acceptance, and the construction party is "about enough", but during a fire, it is these holes that allow flames and smoke to spread. The sealing material should be selected from qualified products, and the thickness and density should be made according to the specifications. Do not use foam glue to fill it randomly.

四、安装尺寸有硬标准

支吊架间距、桥架水平度、多层桥架层间距、转弯半径，国标都有具体数字。间距太大桥架下垂，电缆受力；层间距不够散热差；转弯半径小电缆弯曲过度损伤绝缘。这些数字不是可选项，验收要查。

The spacing between supports and hangers, the levelness of cable trays, the spacing between multiple layers of cable trays, and the turning radius are all specified in the national standard. The distance between the bridge frames is too large, causing the cables to be under stress; Insufficient interlayer spacing and poor heat dissipation; Excessive bending of cables with small turning radius can damage insulation. These numbers are not optional and need to be checked for acceptance.

五、选厂家看三点

一看有没有自己的生产线和检测能力，能不能按项目需求定制弯通、三通、变径。二看有没有同类工程案例，化工、地铁、厂房对桥架要求差别大。三看交期和配套，桥架往往和母线槽、配电箱一起采购，能一站式供齐更省事。

Check if you have your own production line and testing capabilities, and if you can customize bends, tees, and reducers according to project requirements. Secondly, let's see if there are similar engineering cases where there are significant differences in the requirements for bridge structures between chemical, subway, and factory buildings. Three factors to consider are delivery time and supporting facilities. Cable trays are often purchased together with bus ducts and distribution boxes, making it easier to provide them all in one place.
