电缆桥架刷防火涂料防火性能不靠谱!
工程设计经常采用电缆桥架表面刷防火涂料以到达防火的目的,但是山东电缆桥架公司从工程实践总结来看,这种方法不靠谱!

1、防火涂料的厚度
1. Thickness of Fireproof Coatings
电缆桥架刷防火涂料,可参考《钢结构防火涂料应用技术规范》CECS 24:90,借鉴钢结构的一些经验。防火涂料的厚度与耐火极限有密切的关系,详见表1。问题来了,表1是对钢结构来说没有问题,涂层厚度与钢结构尺寸相比微乎其微,而电缆桥架所用材料只有几个毫米厚,表中厚涂型涂层厚度高可达50mm(对应耐火极限3h),这么厚的涂层如何刷到薄薄的电缆桥架上。

2、现场施工的漏洞

刷防火涂料需要工地现场施工,涂料是否刷的均匀关系防火的效果,这与工人的技术水平、责任心等有关。另外,桥架一般先安装,安装后靠近墙角、梁柱、其他管线、及吊杆处容易出现死角,不容易刷好涂料。

3、无法检测防火性能

由于上述原因,工地刷的防火涂料无法检测其防火性能,不像成品的产品在出厂时有检验、检测,也有机构的检测。
